I had a birthday party and Roza Flowers did an absolutely amazing job! The floral arrangements and bud vases were exactly how I envisioned them, elegant and lovely, fresh, and beautifully put together. They brought my vision to life perfectly. Roza Flowers is incredible. I found them online while I was in a time crunch to get flowers for my anniversary. Despite the tight timeline, Roza Flowers put together a beautiful bouquet while showcasing exceptional customer service. Not only did they deliver the flowers on time (which looked absolutely stunning) - they were early! I phoned in an order of flowers for a special occasion that I couldn't attend ,so I called Roza flowers and made arrangements for the flowers to be delivered. They arrived on time and it was a great surprise for my daughter who received them on a very remarkable day in her life. I ordered flowers for a friend who had surgery. I ordered online and selected the Deluxe (Same as in photo), they are exactly what I was looking for. Roza's Flowers communication was concise and the pictures of the flower arrangement is appreciated and delivery time provided which was helpful when my friend will receive them. Thank you the flower arrangement is gorgeous.

Wow, that the best customer service I've experienced from any floral delivery service in Toronto. After moving out of Toronto years ago, Ive hopped around trying to find a flower delivery service that I could trust for stylized custom orders, that would also deliver healthy, beautiful flowers, for my friends and family events in Toronto that I could no longer attend. The chat function on the website allows you to discuss customization ideas for your arrangements. I had asked for specific flowers in my arrangement and a specific colour scheme but to follow the style of one of their pre-set arrangements you can choose from on their website. They truly delivered! What a beautiful arrangement and I felt at peace knowing the flowers I sent arrived Beautifully and with delivery time updates. They surpassed all of my expectations! I will be using Roza flowers for all of my future gifted arrangements in Toronto!

Absolutely loved my experience here. I spent ages researching florists in Toronto and felt underwhelmed especially for some of the prices I was seeing. I came across Roza Flowers and was sooo happy, especially after reading their origin story. I ended up placing two seperate orders, one for myself. The customer service is some of the best Ive ever experienced. Definitely using this service again. Reasonable prices and GORGEOUS work.

I discovered Roza Flowers on Instagram and was immediately drawn to their work and they truly exceeded all expectations! From our very first interaction, Maral and Dou executed my vision beyond perfect. As a bride, I appreciated how obsessed with the details they were, just like me! They did a full venue walkthrough months before the wedding to make sure everything would be flawless on the day of and created a flower necklace for my dog (our ring bearer). We decided to add florals for our welcome party and a “floral purse” that became the talk of the night and completed my first look perfectly. We also received endless compliments on the florals during and after the wedding... they were truly one of the most beautiful memories of the day. Their collaboration, creativity, and ease of communication made the entire experience so enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend them more and will absolutely be using their services for future events!
